Country Vanilla Ice Cream

            4           eggs             4     cups  heavy cream
            2-1/2  cups  sugar           4-1/2  tsp   vanilla
            5     cups  milk             1/2   tsp   salt
            Procedure
            1  Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs.  Continue to beat until
              mixture is very stiff.
            2  Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Pour into
              gallon freezer and freeze,
            3  No cooking
