Peanut Brittle
2 cups sugar 3 cups raw peanuts
1-1/2 cups Karo 1-1/2 Tbs butter
1/2 cup water 1-1/3 Tbs baking soda
Procedure
1 Grease a cookie sheet with butter
2 Combine sugar, Karo and water in pan and cook till 240°. Stir
constantly
3 Add remaining ingredients and stir like hell until 290°
4 Spread mixture as thin as possible on the greased cookie
sheet.
