German Bundt Cake

            1-1/4  cups  butter          2-1/2  cups  flour
            2-1/4  cups  white sugar     2     tsp   vanilla
            7           eggs unbeaten    1/2   tsp   lemon extract
            Procedure
            1  Cream butter and sugar
            2  Add unbeaten eggs on at a time
            3  Add flour all at once and beat well
            4  Add vanilla and lemon and mix in
            5  Grease and flour bundt pan.  Pour mixture into pan
            6  Bake 325 for 1 hour or until done.  Cracks on top
            7  Cool at least 10 minutes
