Lemon Delight

            Crust                        1  cup  powdered sugar
            1   cup  flour               1       large tub of cool whip
            1         stick margarine    Pudding
            1/2  cups  pecans crushed    2       boxes instant lemon
            Filling                              pudding
            8   oz    Cream Cheese,      3  cup  milk
                      Softened
            Procedure
            1  Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 x 13 dish.  Bake 350°
              for 15 minutes and let crust cool.
            2  Mix cream cheese, powered sugar and 1/2 cool whip in large
              bowl.  Spread over crust.
            3  Combine pudding mix and milk and mix until thickened.
              Spread over cream cheese mixture.
            4  Spread remaining cool whip over pudding.
            5  Refrigerate.
