Non-Alcoholic Beer Bread

            1      can non-alcoholic beer;  1     stick of butter
                   room temperature      3  cups  self-rising flour
            1  Tbs  sugar plus a little to
                   sprinkle on inside of
                   loaf pancakes

            Procedure
            1  Mix flour, beer and sugar in mixing bowl.  Grease a loaf pan
              then sprinkle the bottom and sides with sugar.  Place mixture
              in loaf pan and lay the stick of butter on top pushing down into
              dough.  Sprinkle a little sugar on top of loaf.  Bake at 350° for
              1 hour.
