Banana Bread
1/2 cups butter, room 1 Tbs water
temperature 1/8 Tbs salt
3 eggs; well beaten 1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
Procedure
1 Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. In mixer
combine butter and sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.
Add beaten eggs and mix. In a separate bowl combine flour,
soda and salt; mix well and set aside. Mash bananas and add
to egg-butter-sugar mixture and continue mixing. Slowly add
flour mixture and water. Mix well. Pour mixture into loaf pan
and bake for 1 hour.

We like this bread frozen. Double this recipe and make two and
freeze one.
