Grilled Pizza

                   2  pkgs   Quick rising yeast
                1 ½   tsp    Salt
                  ½   tsp    Sugar
                   1  Tbs    Olive oil
                   1  cup    Hot water
                   3  cups   Flour
                   1  cup    Pesto or pizza sauce
                   1  cup    cheese
                             Dried basil
                             Toppings you like, pepperoni, mushrooms
                             etc.






            Procedure
             1.  Knead dough for 1 minute then divide into 8 balls.
             2.  Roll out into individual pizzas and layer on a plate divided
                by wax paper.
             3.  Let dough rise for 20 minutes.
             4.  Grill on medium heat.
             5.  After the first side is done, flip and top with pesto and
                toppings.
             6.  When fully cooked remove from heat and add basil, salt
                and pepper to taste and serve.
