Angel Biscuits

            1       package yeast        3    tsp  baking soda
            2  Tbs  warm water           1    tsp  salt
            2  cups  buttermilk          1/4  cup  sugar
            5  cups  flour               1    cup  shortening

            Procedure
            1  Dissolve yeast in warm water then add milk
            2  Cut shortening into dry mixture.
            3  Add liquid and mix.
            4  Refrigerate
            5  Take out what you need, roll out, cut into biscuits and brush
              with butter
            6  Bake 10 minutes at 450°
            Servings: 24
