Stuffed Green Peppers

                 1  lb    ground beef or turkey
                 1        onion, medium chopped
                 1  cups  minute rice, uncooked
                 4        green peppers, whole
                 3  cups  jar spaghetti sauce
                ½   cup   mozzarella cheese, shredded
                          salt & pepper to taste


            Procedure
               1.  Preheat oven to 375°
               2.  Cut off tops of green peppers and clean seeds out.
               3.  Boil green peppers in large pot for 5 minutes.
               4.  Brown beef with onion.  Turn off heat.
               5.  Add uncooked rice and 2 cups spaghetti sauce to beef
                   mixture.
               6.  Fill peppers with beef/rice mixture and place in casserole
                   dish.
               7.  Pour remaining cup of spaghetti sauce over peppers.
               8.  Cover with aluminum foil or lid and bake for 25 minutes
                   or until peppers are tender and meat mixture is hot.
               9.  Remove casserole top and sprinkle peepers with grated
                   mozzarella cheese.
               10. Bake for another 10 minutes, uncovered, or until cheese
                   is melted and bubbly.
