Harmon's Chili

            2  lbs  ground beef          2         Stalks celery
            1  lb  breakfast sausage               chopped
                  (Jimmy Dean etc.)      52  oz    Brooks chili beans
            6  oz  can tomato paste      4         beef bouillon cubes
            6  oz  can tomato sauce      1/3  cup  chili powder
            6  oz  can mushrooms diced   2    tsp   cumin powder
            1  lg  onion chopped         6    cups  water

            Procedure
            1  Brown meat in large skillet and chop into large pieces.  Drain
              off grease.
            2  In large pot combine remaining ingredients.  With lid on cook
              over medium heat until veggies are tender.
            3  Add cooked meat
            4  You can add hot peppers if you want spicier chili
