Beef and Broccoli

            3/4  lbs   boneless round    10-3/4  oz   cream of
                      beef steak                      broccoli soup
            2   Tbs  vegetable oil       1/4     cups  water
            2   cups  broccoli           1       Tbs  soy sauce
            1         medium onion;      2       cups  cooked rice
                      chopped
            1         clove garlic
            Procedure
            1  Slice beef across the grain into thin strips.  In skillet in 1 tsp
              hot oil; cook beef until browned stirring often.  Remove beef
              from pan.  In remaining 1 tsp hot oil cook broccoli, onion and
              garlic until tender-crisp; stirring often.  Add soup, water and
              soy sauce and heat to boiling.  Return beef to skillet and heat
              thoroughly. Serve over rice.
