Baked Apples
4 medium apples 1 Tbs Tapioca; quick-
8 maraschino cherries cooking
3/4 cups sugar 1/4 cup maraschino cherry
juice
1/2 cup water
Procedure
1 Core apples, Pare upper half
2 Place 2 maraschino cherries in center of each apple.
3 Mix together sugar, tapioca, cherry juice and water. Pour over
apples.
4 Cook at 350° until apples are tender. 1 hour or longer.
