Honey Sriracha Glazed Meat Balls
            For the meatballs:
            2 lb lean ground turkey         ½ tsp garlic powder
            1 cup whole wheat panko         ½ tsp salt
            breadcrumbs                     ½ tsp black pepper
            2 eggs                          1 pkg Hidden Valley ranch
            ¼ cup green onions,
                                            dressing
            chopped

            For the sauce:
            ¼ cup Sriracha                  1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
            3 Tbsp soy sauce                3 cloves garlic, minced
            3 Tbsp rice vinegar             ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
            3 Tbsp honey


            Procedure
               1.  Preheat oven to 375°
               2.  In a large bowl, mix together meatball ingredients until
                   well combined.  Shape mixture into 1 ½ balls and place
                   on baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
               3.  Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes, or until
                   browned and cooked through.
               4.  While meatballs are baking, combine all ingredients for
                   the sauce in a small pan and bring to boil over medium
                   heat, whisking continuously.  Reduce heat and simmer
                   for 8 to 10 minutes (the sauce will start to thicken) then
                   toss with the meatballs.
               5.  Serve immediately over brown rice and top with green
                   onions.
