Simple Salisbury Steak

            1  lb  ground beef           1/3   cups  breadcrumbs
            1     can Campbell's cream of  1/4   cups  finely chopped
                 mushroom soup                       onions
            1     egg, beaten            1-1/2  cups  sliced mushrooms

            Procedure
            1  In bowl mix thoroughly 1/4 cup of soup, beef, breadcrumbs,
              egg, and onion.  Shape firmly into 6 patties. In skillet over
              medium-high heat, cook patties until browned on both sides
              and partially cooked.  Remove patties from skillet.  Spoon off
              fat.  Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms.  Return patties to
              skillet; reduce heat to low.  Cover and simmer 20 minutes or
              until done; turning patties occasionally.
