Moist Meat Loaf (Covert Bailey)
3 slices whole wheat 1 Tbs prepared mustard
bread 1 Tbs Worcestershire
1/2 cups skim milk sauce
1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cups ketchup
Procedure
1 Break bread into small pieces and soak them in the milk for 5
minutes. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
Shape into loaf, pour a small amount of ketchup over it; bake
at 350° for 1-1/4 hours.
