Dave's Green Beans
2 cans whole green beans 1/8 tsp salt
3 slices bacon 1/8 tsp pepper
1 small onion
Procedure
1 Cut bacon into small pieces and cook on medium-high until
bacon is half done. Reduce heat to medium; add onions and
continue cooking until bacon is crisp and onions are soft. Try
not to over-cook the onions. Add green beans and liquid from
one can: cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Salt and
pepper to taste. Add water if needed.
