Broccoli Casserole

            2   lbs  broccoli            1/2  tsp  paprika
            2   Tbs  margarine           1/4  tsp  onion powder
            2   Tbs  flour               1/2  cup  breadcrumbs
            1   cup  milk                1    lb   Velveeta cheese
            1/4  tsp  salt

            Procedure
            1  Soak broccoli for 12 minutes in cold water.  Drain well
            2  Cut up broccoli and cook in boiling water or steam until tender
            3  In pan melt 1 Tbls margarine and stir in flour and cook.
            4  Stir in milk and seasonings.  Add cheese
            5  Place broccoli into casserole and pour sauce over broccoli.
            6  Melt 1 Tbls margarine and mix with cracker crumbs.  Sprinkle
              crumb mixture over broccoli.
            7  Bake 425° until warm and crumbs brown.  30 to 40 minutes.
