Norwegian Parsley Potatoes

            2   lbs  small red new       1/4  cup  chopped parsley
                     potatoes            1/4  tsp  dried marjoram
            1/2  cup  butter
            Procedure
            1  With sharp knife remove a strip of skin around the middle of
              the potatoes.
            2  Cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes after coming to boiling
            3  In skillet melt butter, Add parsley, marjoram and potatoes to
              skillet.
            4  Stir gently till coated & heated through
            Servings: 6
