B B Q Scalloped Potatoes
10 medium 1-3/4 cups milk
potatoes 1 Tbs catsup
1 medium onion 1 tsp Worcestershire
1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar sauce
cheese, 1 Tbs salt
shredded
1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce shake tabasco sauce
3 Tbs butter melted
3 Tbs flour
Procedure
1 Put all sauce ingredients into saucepan and cook until slightly
thickened.
2 Slice potatoes and onions and layer in casserole dish with
cheese.
3 Pour sauce mixture over potatoes and work down with knife.
4 Cover and bake 1-1/2 hours at 350°
