Cheesy Potatoes

            10     potatoes, peeled,     1     tsp  ground pepper
                  cooked, cubed          1-1/2      sticks butter
            1   lb  Velveeta cheese, cubed
            1      medium onion, chopped

            Procedure
            1  Cook cubed potatoes
            2  Sauté onion and green pepper in butter
            3  Layer casserole with potatoes, onions, green peppers and
              Velveeta cheese
            4  Use all the butter in the pan
            5  Bake 1/2 hour at 375°
