Microwave Stuffed Pork Chops

            8         thin boneless pork   2  cups  dry seasoned bread
                      chops; 3/8" or less         stuffing mix
            1/2  cups  milk              1        envelope pork gravy
            1/4  cups  margarine                  mix

            Procedure
            1  Combine milk and margarine in microwave safe dish.
              Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes until margarine
              melts; do not let boil.  Add the stuffing to margarine-milk
              mixture and set aside.  Sprinkle one side of pork chops with
              half the gravy mix and place seasoned side down in 8 x 8
              glass baking dish.  Spoon dressing on top of chops.  Place
              remaining chops on top of dressing.  Sprinkle with remaining
              gravy mix.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Microwave on medium-
              high for 15 minutes or until pork is done.  Let stand for 5
              minutes before serving.
