Macaroni Cheese and Pork Chops

                 8  oz    macaroni, prepared al dente
                 8  oz    grated cheddar cheese
                 1  tsp   salt
                 1  cup  milk
                1/2       green pepper chopped
                 2  Tbs  butter
                 4        boneless pork chop, 3/4” thick








            Procedure
             1.  Cook and drain macaroni. Al dente
             2.  Sauté green peppers in butter and set aside
             3.  Brown pork chops
             4.  Place all ingredients except pork chops in macaroni pan
                and mix
             5.  Place mixture in casserole pan and put pork chops on top.
             6.  Bake in 350°-degree oven 30 - 40 minutes uncovered until
                pork is done
