Baked Ham with Cumberland Sauce

            4   lbs  ham with bone       1/4  cup  orange juice
            1/2  cup  brown sugar        1/4  cup  lemon juice
            1   tsp  dry mustard         1/4  cup  apple juice
                     whole cloves        2    Tbs  honey
            Sauce                        1    Tbs  cornstarch
            1   cup  red currants or apple
                     jelly

            Procedure
            1  Score top of ham in crossing pattern
            2  Rub brown sugar and mustard into ham, pat
            3  Put cloves in scored top
            4  Bake uncovered 22 minutes per pound
            5  Mix all sauce ingredients in saucepan.  Cook until thick.
              Server over meat
