Cranberry Poppy Seed Salad


            1/2 cup canned cranberry        1/4 cup olive oil
            sauce                           2 Tbls water
            2 Tbls poppy seeds              2 Tbls sugar
            2 Tbls white sugar              1 pinch salt
            1/4 cup raspberry balsamic      1 pinch pepper
            vinegar



            1/3 cup pecans coarsely         1/3 cup crumbled blue
            chopped                         cheese
            1/3 cup bacon coarsely          1/2 small red onion sliced
            chopped                         thin (optional)
            1/2 cup dried cranberries       ½ cup apple (optional)


            Procedure
               1.  Place cranberry sauce, poppy seeds, sugar, balsamic
                   vinegar, oil, water, salt and pepper in nutribullet and
                   blend.
               2.  In large bowl combine lettuce, spinach, pecans, bacon,
                   dried cranberries and blue cheese.  Add desired amount
                   of dressing and toss.
