Tangy Tomatoes
6 large tomatoes 1 Tbs sugar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup minced parsley 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbs basil, julienne
Procedure
1 Mix ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes
2 Slice tomatoes and pour sauce over sliced tomatoes
