Seven Layer Salad
6 cups chopped lettuce 1 cup mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs 1 tsp prepared yellow
sliced mustard
1 cup frozen Peas 2 tsp sugar
12 oz bacon, cooked crisp, 1/4 cup green onions with
drained & crumbled tops
2 cups shredded cheddar paprika
cheese
Procedure
1 Place 3 cups of lettuce in glass casserole dish. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper
2 Layer egg slices and peas over lettuce.
3 Layer remining lettuce and crumbled bacon.
4 Combine mayo and sugar; spread over top, spreading to edge
of dish to cover entire salad.
5 Layer onion and cheese over mayo mix.
6 Cover and chill overnight. Toss before serving and garnish
with a little paprika.
