Ma’s Spaghetti

                 2  Tbls  butter
                 1        green pepper, diced
                 1        medium onion, diced
                56  oz    2-large cans Hunt’s whole tomatoes, mashed
                 8  oz    extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
                 8  oz    medium cheddar cheese, shredded
                 8  oz    thin spaghetti
                          Salt & pepper to taste




            Procedure
               1.  Sauté green pepper and onion in olive oil until
                   vegetables are tender.
               2.  Add tomatoes and shredded cheese and cook on low-
                   heat until cheese melts.
               3.  While cheese is melting cook spaghetti according to
                   directions on box.
               4.  Drain spaghetti and add to tomato cheese mixture.
               5.  Simmer on low for a few minutes and serve.
