Baked Ziti

            1  lb   ziti                 2    cups  shredded
            5  cups  prepared spaghetti            mozzarella cheese
                    sauce                1/2  cup  grated parmesan
            2  cups  whole milk Ricotta            cheese
                                         6    Tbs  unsalted butter
            Procedure
            1  Preheat oven to 350 °F. Cook ziti according to directions.  In
              large bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, ricotta and 1 cup
              mozzarella; mix well.  Add cooked pasta to sauce mixture and
              stir.  In a large, greased baking dish, pour in pasta mixture.
              Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan over the top.
              Dot with butter.  Place baking dish on top of baking sheets
              covered with aluminum foil to collect any drippings from the
              dish.  Bake until top is golden brown and bubbly, about 30 to
              40 minutes.
