Peppercorn Steak with Mushrooms

            2  tsp  cracked black pepper   1/2  cup  water
            2     NY strip steaks, 1 1/2   4   oz   mushrooms
                  pounds
            1  tsp  beef bouillon

            Procedure
            1  Press salt and cracked pepper into both sides of the steak.
              Sauté with margarine.  Add remaining ingredients, cook
              covered 10 minutes or until done.

            Servings: 4
