Linda's Beef Stroganoff

            2   lbs   beef round steak   1/4 c  cups  catsup
            1/4  cups  butter            1-1/2  tsp   garlic salt
            16  oz    can mushrooms      1/3   cups  flour
            21  oz    2 cans condensed   1     cup  sour cream
                      beef broth         12    oz    cooked noodles
            1/3  cups  dried onions
            Procedure
            1  Melt butter and sauté' mushrooms for 5 minutes.  Remove
              mushrooms leaving butter in the pan and set mushrooms
              aside.  Brown the meat in the remaining butter.  Reserve 2/3
              cups beef broth.  Stir in remaining beef broth, onions, catsup,
              and garlic into the pan with the meat.  Cover and simmer 15
              minutes.  Mix the remaining broth and flour and add to the
              meat mixture.  Stirring constantly cook mixture until it thickens.
              Turn down heat and add mushrooms and sour cream, heat
              thoroughly.  Serve over cooked noodles.
