Chicken Cheddar Bake

            2  Tbs  margarine            1        small can mushroom
            2  Tbs  flour                2  cups  cooked broccoli;
            2      packets MBT chicken            chopped
                   broth mix             4  oz    cheddar cheese;
            1  cup  skim milk                     shredded
            8  oz   cooked chicken cubed   4  cups  cooked rice
            Procedure
            1  Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat.  Blend in flour
              and chicken broth packet.  Gradually stir in milk until mixture
              comes to a boil and thickens.  Remove from heat; stir in
              chicken cubes and mushrooms.  Arrange broccoli in 2 qt
              casserole dish.  Spoon chicken mixture over broccoli and
              sprinkle with cheese.  Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
              Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes or until bubbling hot.
              Serve over rice
