Charles Harmon Chili

            2  lbs  ground beef          2         celery stalks,
            1  lb  breakfast sausage               chopped
                  (Jimmy Dean etc)       52  oz    Brooks chili beans
            6  oz  tomato paste          4         beef bouillon cubes
            6  oz  tomato sauce          1/3  cup  chili powder
            6  oz  diced mushrooms       2    tsp   cumin
            1  lg  onion chopped         6    cups  water

            Procedure
            1  In large pot combine all ingredients EXCEPT MEAT &
              MUSHROOMS and simmer until veggies are tender.  May
              take about an hour.
            2  Brown meat in large skillet and chop into small pieces.
            3  Drain off grease and rinse meat with hot water.
            4  When veggies are tender add cooked meat and mushrooms.
            5  Simmer for 30 minutes.

            Servings: 20
            Recipe Tips
            If you want a spicier chili add hot pepper flakes.
