Shrimp Scampi

            1   lb     large shrimp      1/2  cup  white wine
            2   Tbs    olive oil         2    Tbs  Parsley, Finely
            3   Tbs    butter                     Chopped
            1   Pinch  salt                       black pepper to taste
            3   cloves  garlic, slivered   1   Tbs  lemon juice, freshly
            1/2  tsp   red pepper flakes          squeezed
                                         12  oz   Cooked spaghetti
            Procedure
            1  Heat a sauté pan on high heat.  Reduce heat to medium-high
              and add olive oil and butter.  Once butter melts, foams up and
              subsides, add garlic and red pepper flakes.
            2  Sauté for a minute but do not burn garlic
            3  As soon as the garlic begins to brown, add the shrimp to the
              pan.  Then add the white wine and stir to combine and coat
              shrimp.
            4  Spread out shrimp in an even layer and increase heat to
              highest setting to let wine boil.
            5  Boil for about 2 minutes, turn shrimp over and boil one minute
              more
            6  Turn off heat.  Add lemon juice and black pepper
            7  Server over pasta
