Benihana Ginger Sauce

            2   oz  sliced onions, rinsed in  1   cup  soy sauce
                    running water 15     1/4  cup  rice wine vinegar
                    minutes
            3   oz  ginger root, peeled
                    and sliced thin
            1/2     lemon, peeled and
                    chopped, juice
                    squeezed
            Procedure
            1  Combine all ingredients into blender and mix well.  stir mixture
              completely before serving.
            2  Ginger sauce may be stored in a plastic or stainless container
              in refrigerator for up to one week.
            Servings: 6
