Parmesan Baked Chicken

            6         chicken breast     1/4  tsp   pepper
                      halves             1/4  tsp   garlic salt
            1/2  cups  bread crumbs      1/4  cups  reduced fat Italian
            1/3  cups  grated parmesan             salad dressing
                      cheese
            2   Tbs  parsley

            Procedure
            1  Preheat oven to 350°.  In a medium bowl combine
              breadcrumbs, parsley, pepper, cheese and garlic salt.  Dip
              chicken breasts in salad dressing and dredge through the
              bread crumb mixture.  Place chicken in a baking dish.  Bake
              uncovered for 1 hour.
