Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips

            1     lb    boneless chicken  1   tsp   dried parsley
                        breasts          1/4  tsp   garlic salt
            2           egg whites       1    tsp   water
            1-1/2  cups  seasoned        1/4  cups  prepared lite ranch
                        croutons; crushed          salad dressing
            1-1/2  oz   fresh parmesan
                        cheese
            Procedure
            1  Preheat oven to 450°.  Using dough or pizza roller crush
              croutons.  Grate parmesan cheese.  In 2 qt. bowl combine
              crouton crumbs and cheese, parsley and garlic salt.  Mix well.
              In a small bowl whisk egg whites and water together.  Cut
              chicken breasts into 1" strips and dip into egg whites and then
              roll in crumb mixture.  Arrange on baking sheet and bake 14 to
              16 minutes.  Serve with favorite dressing.
