Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb ground beef 1/2 tbs garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped 4 cups cooked macaroni
1 medium green pepper 3 cups tomato sauce
1 package instant beef 4 oz cheddar cheese
broth or bouillon
1 tsp Chili powder
Procedure
1 Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium saucepan combine beef,
onion and green pepper. Cook until brown. Crumble beef as
it is cooking. Drain beef. Add beef broth, garlic powder,
tomato sauce, 2 oz of cheese and macaroni and stir until
cheese is melted. Put into baking dish and sprinkle the
remaining cheese on top. Bake until bubbly, about 45
minutes.
