Roasted Herb Carrots

            2   lbs  carrots, sliced and   2  Tbs  dried thyme leaves
                     cooked              2  Tbs  grated lemon peel
            3   Tbs  olive oil           1  Tbs  sugar
            3/4  tsp  salt
            1/2  tsp  pepper
            Procedure
            1  Cook carrots in boiling water, drain
            2  Mix the remaining ingredients with carrots
            3  Bake 425° for 15 minutes
