Fiesta Pinwheels

                 8  oz    cream cheese, softened
                 1  cup  sour cream
                 ¼   cup  salsa, drained
                 1  pkg  dry fiesta-style ranch dressing mix
                1/8   tsp   garlic powder
                 4  oz    can green chilies, drained & chopped
                 1  cup  cheddar cheese, finely shredded
                 8        10” flour tortillas

            Procedure
             1.  In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, salsa,
                ranch dressing and garlic powder.  Stir in chilies and
                cheese.
             2.  Refrigerate mixture overnight.
             3.  Remove mixture from fridge to soften.  About 2 hours.
             4.  Spread mixture on tortillas.  Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap in
                plastic.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.  Slice into ¾” pieces.
